Our delivery times are 3 to 5 working days, but we will always strive to accommodate your needs, and deliver sooner where possible.

Harder to Reach Areas
Far-reaching areas outside of the standard delivery zone may incur a 24 hour delay.

Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and other surrounding offshore areas.

Delivery Arrival Notification
We request that the driver calls every customer approx. 30 minutes prior to delivery, however this is a courtesy and cannot be guaranteed.
Please ensure that you have supplied your correct and current mobile number so our drivers can get in touch without trouble.
Repeat Delivery Charges
We clearly notify you in person to ensure you are fully aware of your delivery timeslot before attempting to deliver. If you fail to attend the delivery, we hope that you understand, but we have to charge a fee of £50 to cover further incurred costs. Payment must be taken before you are able to reschedule the delivery. Please call us to reschedule your delivery.
Items are delivered on a 2 man White Glove service. They will bring the item to a ground floor, first floor or second floor room of your choice. Deliveries to higher floor or underground properties may incur an additional charge.
If you request it, the delivery men will remove & dispose of the packaging giving you opportunity to fully inspect your item before they leave.
If your item arrives damaged, please highlight this when you sign the driver’s paperwork or handheld device. We also ask that you take several photos of the damaged item, including the packaging with details of how the item may have become damaged (ie. poor handling) and email them promptly to [email protected] so that we may instigate the claims procedure.
You should inspect products upon delivery immediately and report back to us regarding any missing parts that you believe should be supplied with the product. Missing parts must be reported within 7 days on retrieval of the product.
Delivery of Small Items
Smaller items will be delivered by standard postal services such as Hermes or Royal Mail.
Collecting your item
You are welcome to collect your item, providing the option was available at Checkout as a Delivery Method. Collections are made from our site in Grantham - Same day collection is possible, but please ensure you have pre-arranged your arrival time to ensure we are available. Payment can be made by cash or Card Payment, if placing an offline order. If you wish, your item will be cleaned, shrink wrapped and secured for transport. Our staff will help load the product into your vehicle.
Our site is open Monday to Friday. 09.00am – 17:00pm. However, a prior phone call on 0330 0580870 will be required to visit the site, so that a member of staff can be readily available for assistance.
Old Appliance Collection
If opting in for our Old Appliance Collection service, please ensure that you have unplugged your chosen appliance/s and have them placed outside your property at the time of courier arrival. No refunds given. One item per service payment.
We will not be liable for any engineer booking charges due to late deliveries. Please do not book an engineer until you have received your product.
